In the foothills of Sierra Morena in the province of Jaén, main production area of olive oil in the world, you can visit the best oil mill in Spain, awarded by AEMO in 2013, as well as the olive groves from which one of the finest olive oils in the world is obtained: ORO BAILÉN.

Important: The activity on weekends and public holidays requires a minimum number of 10 participants. If this minimum number is not reached, the activity may be cancelled. In this case, you will be notified and 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

Discover the fascinating world of olive oil with our exclusive experiences including guided tours of our mill and olive groves. From the reception and cleaning of the fruits to the crushing, extraction, storage, and bottling of the liquid gold, you will learn about every stage of the production process. Immerse yourself in the fresh aroma and rich flavors as you taste our Oro Bailén olive oils in various varieties, learning the fundamental principles of sensory analysis, including olfactory, gustatory, and retronasal sensations. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to explore our olive groves and learn about the care of these precious trees that give life to one of the most cherished products of Mediterranean cuisine.
